Commitment to improvement is part of Principle Cleaning Services’ philosophy and training and development of our staff is paramount.

As well as our in house training programmes we offer a number of certified training courses which our staff have benefitted from, including: NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Cleaning and Support Services, 10 BICSc tasks leading to COPC stage 1, first aid and food hygiene amongst other more specialised courses such as floor maintenance.

In our quest to combat infection, employees also attend BICS HPCC course. Although directed at Healthcare premises, the infection control and body fluid spillages can be applied on any site as good practice to minimise the spread of bacteria. Courses can be tailored to an individual client’s requirements and cover a multitude of cleaning related subjects carried out at either at Merton College, South London or on-site at a client’s premises.

A Café has been set up at head office for training as it provides ample space and flooring to display buffing, stripping and re-polishing of floors.
