Earlier this year, we launched OnePrinciple to celebrate and communicate the great work of our people, to demonstrate the unity within Principle and to maintain our family ethos. Centred around a monthly newsletter sent to all staff, we are using this platform to coordinate the following:

  • Staff events
  • Reward and recognition for outstanding service
  • Offer additional hours to staff as holiday cover or periodic work
  • Advertise vacancies across the business 
  • Carry out staff wellbeing surveys
  • Promote sustainability and community initiatives

Stand out events and initiatives include a “Back to the floor day” with managers and directors working alongside our cleaning teams and the establishment of Mental Health First Aiders offering confidential one to one support.
