We are able to offer live dashboards featuring real time information via our bespoke, secure web portals. During the monthly management meetings this data is reviewed and debated to ensure every component of the contract is performing at its optimum level.
Accurately measuring waste data is now possible via either truck mounted or site based weighing systems. On many of our larger contracts we utilise the Weightron system to enable our management team to provide floor by floor data that is particularly valuable in multi tenanted properties.
Using our inhouse technology we are able to monitor the usage of your washrooms, this data enables our teams to provide a far more efficient housekeeping service throughout the day. This needs based approach ensures that the resources are notified and then diverted in real time where they are needed most, delivering a consistent level of service throughout the building.
We have a dedicated in-house support team that has responsibility for ensuring all of our contracts are compliant with the ISO management systems we hold. As you would expect with an organisation of our stature we hold ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 45001 for Health and Safety and ISO 14001 for Environmental management systems.
