The performance of our suppliers has a direct impact on the quality of our services. In recognition of our commitment to partnership working, we have begun working towards BS11000 Collaborative Business Relationships, and have part completed this accreditation. When sourcing suppliers we take a number of factors into account to ensure our working partnerships are built on similar values and shared visions.
We adopt a fair and inclusive procurement process, ensuring all businesses, regardless of their size, location, and the background of their workforce, have the same opportunities to compete for the supply of goods and services. We always look to partner with suppliers that meet our service, quality, cost, innovation and sustainability standards.
All sub-contractors and suppliers that we work with are required to undergo a vetting process prior to the commencement of any work on our clients’ sites and operate under KPIs and SLAs. Their service success will be dependent upon them meeting these criteria. We have long standing relationships with our sub-contractors and have already vetted and approved those mentioned below and have a respectable working partnership with them.
